Pay Your Bill

Rex Healthcare is pleased to announce that we now offer patients the option to pay their bills online using VISA, Mastercard & Discover. If you bill is dated previous to June 20, 2014, please pay via the form below. If your bill is dated after June 20, 2014, please register and pay through My UNC Chart.

*Note* - At this time, we cannot accept online payments for Physician Practices. Please only use this form to pay your bill for Rex Hospital or Rex Hospital Services.

In order to pay your Rex Hospital bill online you will need to enter your 10 digit account number only (no dash necessary) from your most recent statement. You can find your account number on the top right side of your statement. Please enter the amount you wish to pay and if you have another account to pay, select "ADD NEW ROW" and enter the additional account number and amount. Complete the remaining mandatory fields on the following screens and a receipt is available to print.
