Please note that there are issues with the update for Internet Explorer from IE9 to IE10. If you are having issues making a payment, please use Google Chrome or Firefox.
If you are unable to use either, please clear your cache and cookies by following these instructions.
Left click on START
Go to Control Panel
Find Internet Options
Under the General Tab - Go to Browsing History and Click on Delete
Check the boxes for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies - the hit Delete
Then hit Okay
Log off the site and then Log back on and you should be able to make your payment
